Cannon BJC4550 + Win 2000

I have a Cannon BJC 4550 and windows 2000,
When you send any document to print inc test page it just sits in the print queue. Its on LPT1 running ECP 1.9, the print processor is RAW [FF auto]
Any ideas???

If you're sure about the port settings, try to remove and reinstall the printer's driver and software.

If the problem still persists, change the LPT1 settings on the BIOS to SPP or Normal mode.

You might try Canon's website for the latest drivers for your BubbleJet (http://209.85.7.18/techsupport.php?q=download&type=all&p=bjc4550). The Win2000 driver is dated March 29, 2001...version 1.32.

There is also a link on that webpage for the User's Guide. Hopefully, you'll be able to find what you're looking for.
