Visioneer Scanner and Epson Printers

i use a epson 640 printer with a new visioneer 7700 scanner.
also what os r u using

Yes, you really need to supply more information...which models of the scanner and printer are you using? Which version of WinDoze? Are you trying to hook both together on the parallel interface (LPT1)? Most of HP's devices will tell you not to hook the scanner in with the printer...a lot of printers nowadays use bi-directional communication and the scanner will just get in the way of proper communications. They recommend installing an extra LPT port...or, to use the USB port (if available) for the printer or scanner.
