As i posted yesterday, my client added an account to his xp pro (the default account was administrator), and now he can't see the programs that were installed (office for example).
Is there a way to add users in a way that the program already been installed will be accessible to them ?
Thank you

This all depends on what you are installing/have already installed, some programs aren't written with multiple profiles in mind (& often with no notion about permissions at all really) so their installation programs don't always work as expected .. This (http://rickrogers.org/xpsware.htm) expands on that line of thought.
This sample chapter (from Microsoft® Windows® XP Inside Out, Deluxe Edition ) might be very handy too Chapter 5: Installing, Uninstalling, and Managing Programs (https://www.microsoft.com/mspress/books/sampchap/6271.asp)
What kind of account got added ? Another admin account, or a 'limited account' ?

that what was added is a simple guest account or something.
If i'll login as admin and change it to be in the admin group, will office work ?

If you log in as admin & do the installation, & if the version you are using knows about multiple profiles (which I think everything from office 97 on does) then probably, so yes.

You can also go into regedt32 and give permissions to applications for restricted users if they don't work. In most cases I have seen most programs work for multiple users. Hope this helps.
