print preview

My problem is the print preview of excel..... when I launch the print, the printer is fully functional, it prints all in the right mode but the print preview in too confused! it doesn't show anything else than a non-ordered sequence of stranges characters.......
I've tryed to :

1 - reinstall the printer drivers
2 - upgrande & downgrade the printer drivers
3 - reinstall the software (excel)
4 - change all (another PC, where goes ok)
5 - change the printer (but it's the same)
6 - posting this problem here
