I have tried everything... I'm running WIN_ME (maybe that's the prob) and I can print from all other apps, but unable to print from IE (IE5.5 SP1). I have tried re-installing the printer driver, checking the registry for probs, and not able to print from IE. Any suggestions?

Since it seems that IE is the only app that your having a problem with I would assume the problem is in IE.

Try uninstaling IE from the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs app. Then reinstall IE.
