My HP scanjet 5200C suddenly stopped working. The system kept giving me the message below when trying to execute HP PercisionScan software. I tried uninstalling as per HP, deleting all hpsj*.* and hpsc*.* from registry ans system. Now on boot up the system cannot find devisce and gives the hpsjvxd.vxd file as missing. I loaded the file back to disk in the Wondow System directory and installed the scanner but still get the message on boot and the message below when trying to scan.
"Your scanner is currently being accessed by another application. Please wait for the other application to finish or close it to allow HP PreceisionScan access.", without fixed regularity.
