Neeh help on installing DCZ 6 Driver

This is my first time using this camera.
I bought this a while ago but havent used it.
Now, I try installing the driver but not working. Everytime a window pop up says
...\isrt.dll couldnt not be installed

Access is denied

Help Please

Hi practicaowner welcome to wd forums.

What operating system is this please ? - initial thoughts are that you are using xp & not logged on as an administrator (which often you need to be for many installs) as isrt.dll is a part of InstallShield's RunTime Dynamic Link Library (so your install is getting stuck methinks before its even started).
