help please.

hi,
i just bought a sunplus SPCA533 digital camera at a local pawn shop and when i tried taking pictures that i had taken off of the camera i got somemessage that i needed to install some kind of hardware.
i was just wondering if anyone could help me with this.
do i need the software it's talking about?
or is there someway i can get around it?

also, if it turns out that i do need it...is there any place i can download it or mabye buy it from?
