Print refills?

Are those refills for HP cartridges good?? and how do you tell the printer the cart. has been refilled because it will still think the ink is empty.

No, they're a very bad idea. The print cartridge is more than just an ink storage tank, it has the ink nozzles on it and eventually they will clog up. Ink refills are very messy and probably more trouble than they're worth.
