Can anyone help? I have a jlmsxj-hd-1663 dvd, I have Power DVD by cyberlink loaded. When I try to play my dvd it says " error code ASPI for Windows is not available Only a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is supported.
Please make sure a 32-bit CD-ROM driver is installed." What do I need to do to get this thing to work. It works fine on my laptop. Thanks Al :)

My cd rom and all sound vanished from my computer after download of a burner driver.. I've deleted it ran virus check, no virus, but when I went to the multimedia properites I found cd music turned off and I cannot turn it up. It is frozen in place. I would like to know how to turn it back on.. it gave me a message that it was turned to dos, so I checked for * and deleted one, but still no sound. Would anyone help me figure this out.
Thanks,
Donna
