Hello Everybody,
If i have Linksys WRT45G Router connected by cable to a PC and a laptop connected wireless to the router, How can i Remote The PC Desktop by the laptop on the wireless network ?

Note: The OS is XP !

If it is XP PRo then you can use Remote Desktop. System Properties | Remote tab then check Remote Desktop and add whichever user(s) you wish to allow to connect.

I think it opens RDP in the Windows Firewall automatically but if not you can activate this for your LAN manually in the firewall settings. Normally I lock this down to access from the LAN only just to be safe but if you are behind a router then this should be blocked from outside anyway.

If it is XP Home use something like RealVNC.

Or if it's home you have to set up the invitation for remote help thingy...
