i have a TEAC-DW-224E-A cd-rw/dvd drive. it is recognizing my data cds but it is not recognizing my dvds that i have written. it is reading original bought movies and films in that drive. it is not reading the dvd that has all my backup data from another laptop. is there something that needs to be done or do i need to change my drive. any helpful response is appreciated. thank u.
