HP designjet 750c system error

I am receiving the following system errors when i turn my plotter on:

System error 06030B
System error 010030 00070B0F

(they are not happening at the same time)

Can anyone tell me what it means?

says that the cartriges may be bad (at best) or the board has gone (at worst)
