When I install software from the ATI CD, the same error number pops up. I can't un-install it because it won't let me. I don't get the option to Repair, maybe the CD didn't have that for the installation.
I don't remember when this happened, like a week ago. Everytime I start my computer, I always get a message:
"Unable to load ATI Language Software, re-install"
I want to uninstall it, but I get an error from "Add or Remove Programs":
[Internal Failure]
Error Number: 0x80040707
Description:
[ATIRW2]
Access Denied
Urgh, I hate that, I just want to un-install, but I'm getting that strange error, then it won't continue un-installing. I'm clueless what the error is, I look it up, and there's so many different problems concerning 0x80040707, Acrobat Reader, WINDVD, and so on.
It's more of a nuisance than a problem, when I start up, I just click the "ok" button. However, since I've been installing and re-installing my video card software, I normally get that Error number. I asked about it before, but the topic didn't really relate to the Error number, and now, I'm wondering if some of the software I was trying to install, never installed because of that error. Does anyone know . . . how . . . or what . . . how to fix that stupid thing!
