Webcam identifiers

Can anyone please tell me what type of webcam this is, ive lost the disc and i dont even remember what its called, WIndows cant detect what it is.... i need a driver for it but i cant get one unless i know the type of cam it is... so if anyone knows i would really appriciate it if they would help. me ... THanks....
