Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : FireWire Problem Pe Ge December 22nd, 2005, 11:28 AM I have a Sony DCR-HC18E.I plug the FireWire cable in my Laptop and it doesn't recognizes my Camera.My Firewire port works ok.It recognizes other cameras, but not mine.And also my camera connects perfectly on other laptops.They told me I might need Drivers.
