You can run a repair install which'll put everything back to default service wise, but it may also impact on installed programs & mean you need to reinstall them ..

A site calkled 'blackviper' might be handy to you - see this wd thread (http://forums.windrivers.com/showthread.php?p=612853#post612853) , as might this Default settings for services (xp) (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/sys_srv_configure_startup.mspx)

You might also be able to use system restore to kick yourself back to before these services got changed ..

Command line or "Start\Run" text is : %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Just in case you need it.

You have of course gone to Administration Tools\Services and clicked on each stopped service and hit the "Start button" right? ALso Double click on the service and change the Startup Type to "Automatic".

Hope this helps.
