Hi
Can anyone tell me how to get the same display on each monitor? At the moment, monitor 2 is an extention of the desktop but I need each one to display the same because the operator needs to update stuff and won't be able to see monitor 2 from where she sits. It's all new kit, XpPro, both monitors work fine, I just can't get the powerpoint presentation to display on both screens simultaneously. If I had any hair left, I'd be pulling it out.

Thanks for your help.

You need to set the display view to clone instead of dual view...the way of doing this varies depending on your card/driver, but is usually in the advanced radio button of the display properties/settings utility. Right click on the desktop, choose properties/settings/advanced and look for that kind of drop down display mode setting.

Ah yes - many thanks. Found it. Have to disable extended desktop first or the option isn't there.

Thanks again
