Hello. We have Exchange 2003 and we use Outlook 2000 and 2003. Can anyone suggest the best way to setup Contacts? On the 2000 machines, I just set an Outlook Address Book. Wasn't sure if this is the best way to go, if PAB was the way to go or if there is another way that I should be doing it. I would like the address book to be availible on any machine the user would be on.

If you are running Exchange 2003, your contacts should be saved in your Exchange Email Folder. It is easily accessible, backups are done at the server in case of data loss, and the user (or administrator) doesn't have to worry about PAB or OAB or PST somewhere on the users harddrive.
