Deleting Print Jobs in Win95 HELP

Why oh Why when I have a problem printing, I go to the printing list to delete the job, it says its deleting but never does, the only way round it is to reset the machine, then you get the message about unfinished print jobs that I have to cancel.
Does anyone else get this, and have you found a soultion??????

Now, let cool down. You talked about printing to a networkenvironment right? On what Software Netware or NT? Which one.
