Im doing a big project using Publisher 2003 which envolves using the catalogue merge feature with large numbers of text and image fields referenced from an excel database.
When I do the merge, all of these images are embedded in the document, creating a massive file. What I was wondering was if it is possible to do a catalogue merge and make the merge graphics be linked instead of embedded?
