- The official Xbox website has posted up word that the Windows Vista beta team is looking for people (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/news/2006/0530-beabetatester.htm) with an Xbox 360 and a PC capable of running Vista Ultimate or Home Premium to beta test the Vista version of the Media Center Extender.

If you sign up and get accepted you will be contacted for further info within three weeks.

No XBOX 360 here. :( They should provide me with one. :)

After my experiences with IE 5.0 Beta, the only MS Beta release I've had the courage to test has been MS AntiSpyware/Windows Defender, which was a pretty mature product when Microsoft bought the company. Basically, being a Beta tester without a check in return is roughly as rewarding as attaching your testicles to a tree stump with railroad spikes.
