I have a customer who is a member of Scottrade and when he tries to visit a particular link on the site "requires Jave" a screen will pop up and then disappear as fast as it came up and java dosn't start. Seems like java is blocked. I have reinstalled jav, dissabled any firewall, ran virus checks, ran several spyware checks and still not working. I have also checked the browser settings. Where else can it be blocked?
