its called Sound Galaxy Washington16 from aztec labs .i need it because it used to be on my wins 98 disc but wen i went to install it ,it nvr works .

its a gateway and it wont let me sign into an account wen i go to download the driver frm the link

The driver is posted on DriverGuide.com. You need to set up an account. It's free. Afterward you can download the driver. Still, you know, you can get a much better new sound card (with drivers) under $10.
