I tried the free version of DeepBurner. It seems to work fine.

Writes to cdr and dvdr at the max speed of the burner.
I haven't tested the .iso burning yet.

I just burnt a working copy of Vista RC1 but only fired it up without installing to see if it was a successful burn, and it was.
