win98se and hp820c

I have a problem with printing graphics on a win98se machine with a hp 820c printer, prints text fine. The error message I get is "There was a problem printing to the printer due to an unknown system error. Restart windows and try printing again."

Just wondering if this a win98se issue (or a Corel Presentation issue)
