Hi,

To start out with, I'm a geek, so you can be as technical as you want. :)

I bought a used computer and the sound card is identifying itself as a "Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM)", which Creative's driver download site doesn't list as existing… I'm assuming it has another name. Any idea what it is?

Thanks,
Wulf

Welcome to WinDrivers, Wulf.

The Ensoniq 137x chip was indeed used in the Creative AudioPCI series, I think for 1371/3 the PCI128 drivers (http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/welcome.asp?bEOSLAgree=yes&action=next&sOSName=&region=1&MainCategory=1&Product_Name=Sound+Blaster+PCI+128&Product_ID=1864&modelnumber=) should be what you need.

Hope it helps.

Absolute identity is usually possible by looking at the top right hand corner of the card for the code... usually CTxxxx or ESxxxx
