Multimedia Audio Controller Issue: ACER Travelmate 2350

Please Help!!!
I have Acer Travlermate 2350 wherein I reinstalled the windows, but now the sound has gone. In the device manager it has yellow exclamation mark for Multimedia Audio controller.. when i tried to update the drivers, notebook was unable to.. now i dont know where can i find the updated drivers..

Please help..
