Hello,
I'm using a HP Laserjet 4500 printer in a NT network environment. I'm having trouble with the printer printing to the wrong tray. I want Tray 1 to just print letterhead. I want Tray 2 to print everything and I also want it to be the default tray for all the users. I have Windows 95 and NT users. I went to the control panel on the printer and made the adjustment and I also went to the device settings in the printer's properities. Still no luck, I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here, so can someone help me out? Thanks.
