I have an 'info' image reader scanner, it is connected through HP printer. I have HP Pavilion computer, w/98, have gotten latest drivers for the scanner (I think) It will scan and print one time, thereafter a message appears 'can't operate, check to see if connected, set to EPP, remove pass through device' I have set to EPP, I have checked connections, I don't want to remove pass through device as the idea was to be able to scan and print. If anyone has had similar problem (and solved it) Please, I would love some advice.....
