problem with psapi.dll file

I have a problem with psapi.dll file.

In my PC I have OS Windows server 2003 which related with more users. Someone of this users use OS Windows 98. When I start my application of Windows 98 which use based with server (Windows server 2003) appear message: Runtime error ’48’ psapi.dll is not found.
My application is have access based.
Does anyone have any idea's.

This error usually means the file is missing or is the wrong version. It is not clear from your post whether you are dual booting server 2003 and windows 98 or you are connecting to server 2003 from a separate windows 98 machine.
