plz plz help me

i got a mikomi m6217 or my pc everything installed ok then when i restarted my pc and plugged in the camera it keeps saying new hardware not reconized i'n new 2 computers and it is really creacking me up plz plz some1 help wot do i do with it next b4 i throw it out the window

Are the two puters both running win XP home? is the camera New and did it come with a quick start instruction manual? Do you know for sure (like absolutly certain) that the computers both have USB 2.0 or are they older USB 1.1 (assuming this camera connects USB not fire wire).

There are no Vista drivers for this device so as yet you cannot use it on a Vista machine!!

If you Google the camera number you'll find that all sorts of people have had problems getting this one to work.:mad:

thankx 4 getting bk 2 me but i must say i have no idea wot you mean i take it this camera is no good 4 my computer and i'd be better 2 buy anther 1

From reading through some of the articles it is clear that it's possible to get this camera to work - eventually but..... sometimes it's easier (with an inexpensive item like this) to just get a better quality one instead!
