Open outlook express.
At the top under tools is Address book open that
Then under file Import/Export
Export address book
Saves it in C:\Documents
Copy it to floppy
To import reverse the procedure

Thanks for your response. Is there a differance between export and import compared to copy and paste. I copied outlook express addresses to an external hard drive and than tried to export from the hard drive and I couldn't get it to work.

Do you mean you copied the .wab address book file and couldn't get it to import into Vista? I experienced the same thing. You must first copy the file onto the Vista machine. Then you can import it. Some kind of security feature prevents you from using external drives, an ownership thing which can be addressed in the files properties, but its easier to just copy it the Vista drive then import..

I have tried to copy to a cd, export to a cd I can't figure this out. It's probably such a simple process for most of you. I'll probably copy the address manually.
