this is my first time to be with you. Im looking or a help.
I have a scanner ImageReaderDirector model FB745
Software S/N 343-8009359
But it does not scan. I am getting crazy ready to smash it if I do not find someone to help me out.:mad:

What windows are you using?
Is the scanner installed ok?

Can you explain exactly what happens when you try to scan?

The windows I am using is Win98
The installation was OK because I had a message of success
First of all, there is no place to see the page on the tray to scan, you konw the scree that appears is divided into two parts, then the first is where you can find the followings: objects, my documents etc. and the other part I think must be clear to allow you see what will be your nxt step, but that is not the case. And if I try to clic on my first scan, the machine will be procesing very well and laterthe message: The color or something like that.... he TWAIN can not open.....
Please help me

How does the scanner attach to the computer... usb or parallel port?
