What windows are you going to go with?
Cause currently, nVidia does not support the 8800 card in SLI under Vista.
They are going to release a driver soon that will add in that functionality however there is no time frame.
Windows 32 bit has a 4 gig memory limitation. so that means some of your system ram will not be fully utilized. Windows will only see and used 2.5 gigs.
You may want to consider going to a 64 bit operating system, but then you'll probably encounter compatibility problems.
Also up the ram to atleast DDR2 6400 or higher
2 graphics and the physics card means you need 3 pci-e 16x slots, only one chipset supports that, the nVidia 680i. In that type of configuration, (i'm going to have to confirm it) but the second and third pci-e slots will only run at 8x. each. (the second and third pci-e share the bandwidth)
Also, there are like 2-3 games that support the physics card....

Also make sure your sata hdd's are able to go at 300mb/sec.

update: looked into the chipset for the board, it supports full 16x in both pci-e slots, the middle one is a 16 x slot, but only supports up to 8 electronicly...
