Flash Player

I am having a problem on my computer with it picking up the Flash Player and the other plugins. the net says we need to install them and then it installs and the other sites still give us problems:confused: :mad: . HELP!!!!!!!!

This isn't just affecting you..I've had 6 calls today alone with this problem..the first thing to do is to completely uninstall all previous versions of flash using the flash player uninstaller located here:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
and then try reinstalling
