I cannot install my new LS-120 in my Dell Inspiron 7500 running win98se. Win98 wants to install it as an Iomega Clik 40. The LS-120 did not come with any drivers for Win98. If a driver is required, where can I get it? By the way, it did install in my old Dell Latitude running Win95osr2. http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smilies/cwm23.gif

I have emailed you a driver package. Put it in a temp directory double click on it. then run setup. Have fun... http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smilies/cwm11.gif

Disregard the email and attached file. That setup was for the parallel port version. I will resend the internal version drivers. BTW this version is for win95. It is my understanding that win98 and win98se have native support for this device. At any rate, try and install it.

Thanks much Jeff
I received 2 posts. They both appeared to be the same. Did you send the pcmcia version? If so, how can I indentify it.

The second one was for the IDE connection. I have never seen a driver set for a PCMCIA LS120. Disregard the first email. thnis was for a parallel port connection. Oops,!!!is this a laptop. If it is, then you might have to use the parallel port drivers. http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smilies/cwm45.gif
