Panasonic DP-3520 Network Printer

We have just installed a Panasonic DP-3520 Network Printer. We set the IP address per the manual instructions. We can ping this address and get a successful reply. However, when we run the driver installation utility on a PC it does not see the printer. Does anyone know what to do now?
