You guys were awesome in helping me get sound back last time, so hopefully somebody can help me figure out how to get my printer to work.
I don't have the CD, and I'm trying to install it on a different computer, because for whatever reason it stopped printing on my other computer.
Again, I don't know what info I can post to help you out, but just ask and I'll try and get it to you ASAP.
Thanks!

Thanks, but as I said above, I no longer have the CD.
Does that screw everything up?

The driver I linked for you is 42 megabytes - if that doesn't include all you need then drop the printer in the lake or contact the company and buy a cd.

I didn't know that.
So I download the driver and I'm set? What was the first link for, then?

Hi Warrior, shouldn't be a problem.
Download the cjb3400EN.exe file from CCT's second link, either directly to the computer you want to install the printer on if it has internet access, or if not, get it on your current system and take a copy by CD or flash drive. Put it in a folder on the target computer where it will be easy to find, or on the desktop if you wish.
Then follow the instructions from the first link, but at point 4 where it says "Insert the Lexmark P4300 Series Installation CD and wait for the installation screen to appear on your computer", instead run the cjb3400EN.exe file. This would be simplest if it's on the desktop, just double-click its icon. The installer like in the instructions will start. Continue as shown and the job should be done.

How do I connect a Cannon Laser Class 1060P Super G3 to my laptop running Win XP Pro?

Well you would have to use the XP drivers from here (http://www.usa.canon.com/html/download/faxes-lc1060p.html). Does your laptop have a printer parallel port? If so, download and save the printer driver file to a folder you can find - eg c:\canon printer
Double click the file and it should install the drivers - it may ask you to connect the printer at this point - which is fine. If it doesn't finish the install and restart the computer then plug in the printer. Windows should then detect it and install the driver for it.
If you don't have a parallel port your canon might work with a parallel to usb converter, but not all printers do.
