Hi,
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated... We have a HP Jetstore 6000, and we've tried moving from an old PC which has a manual install of Windows 95 on it (osr2) to a newer pc with windows 95 on, but the new Pc will not pick the tape drive up as a tape drive. ie. it recognises it, but says it's an unknown device.
It manages to get the model no. correct ie. HP C1533A - and we've even run some HP software which detects it and says that it is working perfectly and connected perfectly. But still windows won't list it as a tape drive in Device manager.
how do I get Windows to do this?
It is running through an Adaptec ISa SCSI card.
Can any info be sent to joshua_waller@biscuits.com
thanks
