[RESOLVED] tape backup/ registry

I am using arcada backup 95, when I try to backup the registry my computer either reboots or locks up. Any suggestions?

Try to export your registry to a file on your local drive. If it doesn't fly, then my friend, you have serious problems. You might try clean sweep or another type registry cleaner to correct problems with your registry. Good Luck.

On your windows 95 cd or ms web site is a utility, called regbak. This is used to back up your registery.

Upgrade your software to Backup Exec. Used to be Seagate, but now is owned by Veritas. Do a web search on Veritas software.
