A day earlier than expected, EA has released a single-player demo (http://www.crysisdemo.com/) for Crysis (http://www.ea.com/crysis/), allowing you try out the sci-fi FPS by Crytek. The massive 1.8 GB file contains the first level from the game along with a version of the game's Sandbox level editor.

NVIDIA has released a new ForceWare beta drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/betadrivers.aspx?lang=en-us) for its various GeForce video chips (6x, 7x and 8x series).
