Welcome to Windrivers Melis123
Can you post what windows version you have and whether you are up to date with your windows updates.
Do you have a firewall or antispy software?
Do you have a TV or a Video in graphics card?
Have you tried to see if windows messenger can use the camera?

Is that the kapersky with the firewall or without?
It might be that the computer is allowed to power down the usb port when it thinks it's idle... go into device manager (right click my computer, properties, hardware tab) and click on the + beside usb to expand the entries. On the entries for usb root hub double click each one and go to the power management tab. Uncheck the box to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Is your computer branded (hp, dell, toshiba) ? Give the make and model
If not, download this (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html) and install it. You can click on the motherboard icon and get the make and model

It's a fujitsu siemens (http://www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/rl/servicesupport/techsupport/boards/Motherboards/BioStar/M6VBE/M6VBE.htm) - Biostar board was probably made for them.
It is a via chipset, so you want to make sure you have the chipset drivers installed (http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/VIA_4in1_443v.zip) Clicking the link will start the download. Unzip the files to somewhere you can find like C:\via drivers and then open the folder and double click the setup file to start the installation.
And you can try this patch for via usb (http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/usbf_110.zip)

Have you tried with windows messenger?

now momentally i dont have installed anti-virus software because i formated my computer do i need to do this ?

Yes, you do. You can get a virus in less than 30 seconds on the internet.
Can you explain what you mean by blocking... If messenger is telling you it's in use by another program, what other programs do you have that allow you to view the webcam?

ok im gona install kaspersky anti-virus 6.0 ?
that blocking means i can play camera in a minut but stops moving more? and in the messenger i see the camera is in use ? in the AMCAP i see 'this graph cannot preview'
sory if in some words you cannot understand me because i dont speak english well? im albanian
thanks

OK, amcap is a driver as well... it seems like you have programs fighting over your camera.. you need to uninstall or disable the programs and just use one.
