Trying to download GE

I can;t get my GE Mini Cam Pro 98067 to downlload so I can start to use it I have the CD for it but it keeps trying to open with Aol and it says that its to large Please send info to I just purchased it from Target THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE:

You need to let us know what version of windows you have and what computer you are trying to install it on
