I am trying to get a driver for a F914900 canon scanner. can anyone help please?

Go to www.canon.com and navigate to downloads and match with what they are displaying and compare it with yours. What they are asking you do not have enough information to continue.

In many places that is identified as an N340P/640P. If that's correct, it doesn't look like all Canon support sites still carry the driver. But they do appear at least on the Australian site and could be worth trying:
