USB ports not recognised

I have this kind of problem in my PC.
All my USB ports cannot "find" any device put in there.They only seem to see my wireless mouse but nothing else such as printers,cameras etc.And this happens with all the ports.
What do you think should I do?Probably should I uninstall and install the ports again?

I think that in xp it doesn't have to have Usb drivers installed.This is what thw MB's cd says,too
