Soundblaster Live/Value

I am trying to install a Soundblaster Live/Value card with Windows NT. There is a problem installing the drivers. The Soundblaster Web Site discribes the problem, and gives a new set of drivers (sblnt4up.exe) to fix the problem. However this set of drivers cannot be found on the Web Site. Where can I find this to solve the problem?
