"Run As" Administrator Windows Mgnt

I'm doing alot more Remote / Web access to troubleshoot PC's. I need to be able to go into Computer Management while logged in as the user, and change Users/Groups settings. I don't want to have to log off the user account, then log into the Admin account and have to reconnect my Web Ex each time. I know for programs you can right - click and select "Run As" Admin.
