sound card help

hi i have a sound card called creative audiopci (es1371, es1373) (wdm) and after i reformatted my pc the sound card driver stopped working. I tried to download something off the creative website but it says that the files neccessary are not there and installation needs to exit. Please help me as to where I can get the proper driver for my pc from. This is my computer's motherboard information:

Just to clarify you have the onboard AC97 audio turned off and this is an add in pci card?

sorry i don't know I am not that computer literate but I don't think I turned anything off, how should I check?

Look in device manager under Sound video and Game controllers. Also are there any "other devices"
