Sadly, just like Windows Defender, it's mostly useless. I don't think there is a better malware solution than Spybot right now. I don't think any "for pay" software outperforms it, and in spite of all the professionals that I respect telling me how good Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is, I still think Spybot is the best general defense. I agree it's limited but if it doesn't run, it can speak volumes I agree, spybot is still the best, but Malware bytes is easier for customers to use and provides a log they can find and email to me quickly and easily. windrivers.com
